deactivated due to another linked seller account

My account has been deactivated as they claim there is one with a similar name (with + signs in it) and may have a violation. I have replied that this is not me or anything to do with me etc but i just get an automatic response saying i am not providing enough information. I have no idea how to get out of this loop as they don't tell me what to do next and that account isn't me! i logged a case and it got closed without helping as my account is deactivated!!!!!! Help!!!!
