Help! My account is deactivated even with all the verified documents, Inventory is stranded.
My account has been in an identity verification loop for almost a year. I verified over the video call with an agent in October 2023, he mentioned everything looks good and will be approving my account. Not sure what happened to him but he never approved it. Now my account is deactivated and every time I log in to my account, I get reactivate your account status, but I can't reactivate my account. When I go to reactivate my account it takes me back to my case log and it says my account is under review. IT'S BEEN IN UNDER REVIEW FOR OVER A YEAR.
I have reached out to Seller Support numerous times. They keep mentioning that they will escalate this case and someone from the SID team will reach out. I only receive a generic email reply that says "Use this link to upload" but the link doesn't work, it takes me back to the case log and I am unable to upload any verification documents.
Also, I have brand approval from Amazon. I have sent my inventory, Amazon has an inventory of my product in one of its fulfillment centers, because of the account deactivation. That Inventory is stranded and can't be listed.
I have spent countless hours on a call, and emails and have requested help numerous times. Can someone please look into this, What do we need to do to get some support? This is getting quite frustrating on top of all these issues, I have been paying my seller account subscriptions. I NEED HELP!!

This statement is meaningless.
You are confusing AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. Amazon may have ungated you for a CATEGORY but there can be 100's of brands in the category and they ALL have their own restrictions.
AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon. Only you can tell us if you meet the requirements. If they are rejecting your appeals my guess is that you do not.
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.

I just looked at the account you are posting from and its fully active on my end. I see that you have it in vacation mode right now, but there are no account health issues or restrictions.
