account hacked, email address changed. can't log in
Hi Troy,
My seller account got hacked. the original email address can't be logged in as it has been changed to hacker's email. i have created many cases before. 2 of the cases responded. the account specialists informed me that he couldn't locate my account by this email address. This is because my account associated email address has been changed to the hacker's email address!

Did you have 2SV enabled?
I do not know if this Amazon contact phone number is still current or not, but you are welcome to try it.
