Who pays for returning labels, where to find how much we are charged
If a customer claim returning labels for items that he/her bought by mistake or does not want anymore, who pays for the returning label. Us sellers? Why, and where to find out how much are we charged.
Is there a way to address this. Why should we cover returning label costs on this type of cases when we fulfilled the other and is mostly on customer end the problem.
