It's pretty much covered in the question. My product has some certifications that are not necessary but are there to boost my sales but I did not obtain them, my manufacturer did. I purchase my products from them and use my own private and trademarked labeling company to sell them. Will it have any issues on Amazon?

Hi @Seller_UOxLc3MUabg0A,

Welcome to the Forums!

I encourage you to take a look at Amazon Brand Registry help pages as well as the related videos in our Seller University.

No, you will have no issues on Amazon.

What you should ideally do , is keep the following handy:

(1) A copy of your trademark / labels / licenses.

(2) A copy of your contract manufacturing.

(3) All copies of your buys from the manufacturer , redacting the pricing.
