Amazon so slow to process FBA Shipments these days. Low inventory fees are runnig wild.

All of our FBA shipments have been delayed for so long before, during and after peak seasons. It's all too convenient for Amazon to force you to ship across country and charging you placement fees for it, while also racking up low inventory fees. Amazon is really triple dipping here and it's only getting worse. PBI3 warehouse seems to be unable to even provide accurate delivery information, let alone receiving and processing. Two of our most recent shipments were sent to PBI3. Out of 69 boxes sent, Amazon miraculously had processed 3 of them on a date that UPS tracking shows boxes weren't even delivered yet. More likely than not, those boxes belonged to other shipments.

I just wished and had researched PBI3 before sending. It was mostly horror stories.

Selling FBA is turning into a complete circus. Hungry fore more money Amazon decided to 'fix' something that wasn't broke and it actually was functioning quite well for years prior.

I did want to note there was an update to the low-inventory level fee that accounts for excessive inbound delays:

"For excessive inbound delays caused by Amazon or Amazon-managed services, such as the Amazon Partnered Carrier program and Amazon Global Logistics, Amazon will automatically reimburse you if the low-inventory-level fees are charged.

To qualify for the reimbursement, you must prepare your shipments for on-time pickup for Amazon-managed transportation services, and provide accurate shipment tracking information for non-Amazon managed transportation services. The reimbursement will occur by the 15th of the following month from when the fee was incurred. For example, May charges with excessive inbound delays will be credited back by June 30th.

To check if you received a reimbursement for an order, follow the below steps:

a. Go to Seller Central Payments > Payments > Transaction View.

b. Input the order ID in the Find a transaction field and click Search."

If you're still having trouble with a specific shipment, let me know and I will be happy to work with you further.
