Need buyer email address for tracked international shipping
l am in the UK and l have got an order from France. To send tracked, all services require the buyer’s email address. Amazon’s order only includes the phone number, however. I can send a message to the buyer, but it is prohibited to include email addresses in the correspondence — so even if they respond with their email address, it will be automatically scrambled. Thus, l am unable to ship.
What could l do to overcome this problem? Shouldn’t Amazon start including the email address as a standard feature?

If you haven't marked it as shipped you will find an e-mail address under Order Reports - Unshipped Orders.
It's an Amazon e;mail address but it will go to the customer via Amazon.
