CRITICAL - Entire shipment marked as Defective
Hi,
I sent in a shipment: FBA15K8J4M0Q, and all units have been marked as defective, with no reasoning. I contacted seller support, Case ID: 11067408282, and received a generic answer explaining the reasons it may have been received as defective stock. I personally checked this stock before it shipped and it meets all the requirements that Amazon mentioned.
Amazon aren’t telling me what specifically is wrong with the stock. I strongly believe this is an error on Amazons side, but I’m not getting the support or answers I need. This is the second shipment it’s happened with, and after reading the forums, other sellers have experienced a similar issue. Can someone please advise as this is a massive issue for my company.

That is the main problem with Amazon; they never have any specific support for third-party sellers.
So when something goes wrong it is near impossible to resolve

The same happened to us. Mods, please offer some assistance to resolve. The entire shipment delayed check-in over a month. Finally checked in, then within a few days marked as defective and auto set for removal. Struggling to get reps to read full cases to resolve.

I too have had this. Ask them to send photographs of the defect. I always received photographs and could then get to the bottom of it.

1, Make sure your listings are accurate and that the barcode, label and product matches.
2, Make sure your listings don't come under hazmat and that it has had all relevant clearance to ship to FBA and sell.
3, Remember that even if you have sent them out before, it necessarily doesn't mean that it would be smooth sailing every time. There may have been some new compliance regulations that you may have missed. Cross check if there has been any new regulations that you may have missed.
Finally, most importantly, if I face any problem with fba listings, I create removal order straightaway and bring it back before they say things like it is not eligible for removal. I have lost several items because apparently they dispose of units due to xyz reasons.
Why do you say that you are out of stock. Can you not fulfil this yourself until FBA concerns are fixed. Please excuse my ignorance.
