Incorrect fees charged for "professional" account

Today I was charged £30 for my monthly professional fee instead of £25. Am registered for VAT.

Order 202-5102178-6748301 came in with fees charged as if I am on individual account, so nett receipt of £14.08 instead of £14.73.

Emailed seller support, but will I get a sensible reply. Answers on a postcard, please!!

Meanwhile several titles now closed.

I may be totally wrong (and apologies if I am, as I'm not VAT registered myself), but you will still be charged the £30, but then have to reclaim the VAT back when you do your VAT return, I believe. As of today sellers are now charged VAT on all fees.

As of today, VAT is charged on all fees (deducted from disbursement, along with fees).

Sellers on Standard Rate will be able to claim in back on their next return (in the same way as other expenses).

Sellers on Flat Rate will not be able to claim it back.
