Stolen Goods from Credit Card Fraud
This seems to be a common problem that Amazon isn't addressing. We had a wave of stolen credit cards hit our site end of May, and an unauthorized reseller is selling them on Amazon. To make it even worse, Amazon gave them the buy box so our sales dropped. Filing a report just goes in circles because they send you the same generic response with the same links to file. I can't find any direct way to contact Counterfeit Crime Unit, and customer service is useless. Does anyone have a better way to reach someone? I don't want to be forced to run LinkedIn and Facebook ads targeting executives at Amazon just to get someone's attention. I understand Amazon can't control every aspect of the marketplace, but they should atleast respect the companies that go through the process of brand registry and work hard to protect their brand.
