shipment checked in but not moved to receiving status

Hi everyone, I have 2 shipment marked as checked in on the 7th of september. However It still has not moved to receiving status. Its been 3 weeks already. Is this something to be concerned about? This is the first time its happened to me. normally all my shipment gets checked in within 3-7 days. Im now out of stock and seller support doesn't seems to be of any help.

I have reviewed the status of the two shipments in question, and it seems they have progressed to the receiving phase, with the majority of units having already been received.
