Amazon UK - Secondary User Verification
Hello!
Looking for support regarding Amazon UK account verification.
We have an active UK account and are trying to add secondary users to manage FBA. We are running into the following issues for both users. 1) identity can not be verified with passport submission 2) we are receiving amazon payment account errors and it is not regarding that.
How do we proceed to verify secondary users identity to move forward?
