Amazon Seller App Notifications Issue

I do not get any notifications from the app; Did below steps but still the issue exists.1. I have activated notifications on both in app &amp; iphone settings.2. Deleted and re-installed the app several times3. logged in &amp; out several times.Can anyone shed light on this.
