VAT Compliance
Hello to everyone,
We have been selling for a long time and recently had a VAT check by HMRC and got deactivated by Amazon UK, the check was compilated, we paid additional VAT at the same day, got a confirmation from HMRC that notice of withdrawal was sent to Amazon and after that nothing. We contacted HMRC a few times, they sent one more notice, Amazon keep saying they have never received anything from HMRC.
Amazon told us they release the account after receiving notice from HMRC, here the answer from HMRC below. Any suggestion what can be done ?
I just feel I am at the dead end dealing with HMRC and creating cases to Amazon
Thanks!

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for your call yesterday.
I am afraid there is nothing I can send to you confirmation wise that the JSL withdrawal has been issued to Amazon, I can however confirm as we have prior that the JSL withdrawal was issued to Amazon on 30th January 2024 and again after your call on 6th February 2024.
After this the decision to re-instate your client solely lies with Amazon, if they have decided not to re-instate your client then you will need to continue to liaise with them to understand why.
As far as HMRC is concerned your client is now up to date with their VAT affairs and all VAT due has been paid as per the closure letter issued to you on 1st February 2024.
Yours faithfully,
