Linked account deactivation

discussion.Hello is here is anybody for help.

About 4 weeks ago i recieved an email about my amazon.uk seller account deactivation due to linked to another account with similar name warmmarket which is also my account name as well.

Upon submitting multiple appeals and every time i recieved answer that its not enough and provide evidence about account compromise or link to third part.

But How can i provide evidence cause i have no connection to anybody else.

Please help me in this matter to reinstate my account.

There will be a link/shared info somewhere - Amazon can always find it. it can be as simple as you starting an account - leaving it - then starting again to open an account.

Have you checked all your european/global accounts?

There is indeed a US selling account with your store name that seems to have stopped selling in 2018 which you should probably look at. That said, Amazon doesn't typically link purely by store name alone.

Can you provide the original message from Amazon regarding your account deactivation?

There may something in there to help understand your problem. You can tag a MOD, to provide them with your case number. Hopefully, that might help.

Take a look at the other marketplaces on your account.

Sometimes the other marketplaces need you to do the verification there also.

Hello @Seller_XsRo0wcMDYRtg,

This is Sakura from Amazon. Welcome to the Seller Forums.

As I read all the comments, I understand that you have the US account that is deactivated and is related to your European account. In this case, you need to reactivate the US account first. Did you check the Performance Notifications in your Amazon.com account to understand what the reason of deactivation is and the next steps to resolve it?

Could you share the amazon.com notification here.

Regards,

Sakura
