Anyone at amazon, forward this to the warehouse manager at GYR2 Goodyear AZ to contact local USPS to setup delivery. I spoke to the manager at Avondale Goodyear AZ USPS post office, as one of my shipment was returned for missing delivery instructions for the amazon warehouse. I found that the setup delivery is missing with USPS. USPS want to deliver, just waiting for Amazon to setup the delivery with them.

Hope all seller like me sending shipment from allover the world via local post with collaboration with USPS, save them half the frieght cost, if the same is setup by manager warehouse at arizona warehouses.
