Typically when it comes to the postcard, you will need to wait for at least December 4th. If you have not received the post card after waiting an additional few days, you will need to verify the tracking information and address to re-confirm the address is correct and request a new postcard. If all attempts have been exhausted I would then ask for you to follow up here again as there may be a technical issue that needs to be looked into.
