So who is responsible for this?
ME OR AMAZON?
1. Customer requested to return parcel.
2. Amazon generated a prepaid evri label.
3. This label did not work.
FEEDBACK LEFT
"Return Barcode was incorrect had to go to 2 post offices and both could not accept the return despite being an EVRI parcel shop"
Yet the feedback has been retained and they wont let me remove it even though when it came to my attention I have paid ROYAL MAIL to go and collect the parcel tomorrow which I have proof of as I purchased the label and paid for it online...
How do I resolve this? Any Ideas?
Any one ever face this issue?

with the Evri return labels failing to work? Loads of customers get this. Many they complain to Amazon and Amazon open an A-Z for a false reason which we then have to fight.
Have complained many times on here they fail a lot, Amazon never do anything.
Never had the customer complain on feedback though. Doubt amazon will remove it though, it’s just another “little joys” easiest thing to do is leave a factual polite response, though how polite you wish to be about amazons return system I’ll leave with you

Oh I should add Amazon SHOULD be responsible, but they won't take any responsibility.

We've had very similar, Amazon would not remove the feedback however it turns out (after investigation with Evri acc mgr) that our customer never received a collection from Evri because the customer selected drop off not collection - I guess in your case the customer selected collection and then tried to drop off.

We have been having issues with Evri return labels. The label removes our business name but address address is correct. Upon checking it appears to be a software issue with 2d Barcode. The business name shows up as Amazon MFN Tier 5 we have had several parcels being returned because the receptionist was unable to determine who the parcel belongs to.
