Enable Shipping to Puerto Rico
Hi,
I have a customer trying to purchase from Puerto Rico, but she is getting a message that the item (fashion jewelry) cannot be delivered there. We fulfill these orders ourselves (not FBA). Do I need to somehow enable this product to allow shipment to PR?

For years and years Amazon had a problem wherein any Puerto Rican buyer who entered Puerto Rico as their country instantly had the order classified as international.
If the buyer chose USA as the country, then it was treated properly as a domestic order.
I thought this had been corrected. Maybe not.
