Product Quality random issue from Amazon - no longer selling item but account risk?
I have received my second notice from Amazon about quality of listings. Both listings have a return rate within the norm for the electronics category. Both have very few bad reviews or other issues. I stopped marketing them so the return rate went up compared to sales rate. Another way Amazon forces us to sell products below or at cost.
That said, if I just leave the two "violations" on my account health and continue to sell these items on other platforms, does it risk an issue for my account overall.
One of the products, I already responded to all issues and that they are due to buyers not reading the listing and not paying attention to what they are buying. I had a 1 page detailed explanation and got the same canned response. I don't care to waste my time with Amazon, I will just stop selling the ASIN like many others and we will all leave Amazon with garbage products from sellers who cheat the system.
If I do nothing, is my overall account at risk?
