ASIN Detail Page Removed—Amazon Support is a Brick Wall!
I’m at my wits’ end. Amazon removed the detail page for one of my best-selling ASIN B000MGQBLE without any warning or explanation. I’ve spent days opening case after case, and all I get is silence. This is infuriating!
What’s worse is that Account Health Support is totally unreachable by phone. How are we supposed to resolve issues when we can’t even get in touch with the people who are supposed to help us? It’s like they’ve built a wall around themselves and locked us out.
All I want is to know what the heck is going on. The item has its own authentic UPC and its a manufacturer-created pack. I’ve made updates to the listing, ensured it’s fully compliant, and even have proof to back it up. Yet here I am, days later, with no answers, no communication, and no way to get help.
Is anyone else going through this? How did you get Amazon to actually respond? This is beyond frustrating—I’m just trying to run my business, and Amazon’s total lack of support is making it impossible!
