HOW DO AMAZON GET AWAY WITH THIS

I wish I had never started selling on Amazon. It has caused me more stress than its worth. I thought it was bad enough when they kept losing my stock and telling me i never sent it.

Then the deactivate my account because of a product authenticity claim I bought from Stylevana. Even though I have provided all the relevant information, including a email from the company who supplied Stylevana saying they are a legitimate supplier. And now you refund all my Yumove sales putting me into a minus and taking all my money in the process. I now cant contact anyone and they just close every case I open. I cant even see what stock I should have there. I just want my stock back and to close my account but I cant even do that. How do you get away with treating your customers like this. I have lost thousands in the last few months and this cant go on.

How can a company as big as Amazon have such appalling customer service.

I really do feel for you being in such a position.

The problem according to the world of Amazon is although your Suppliers Supplier is valid your Supplier doesn't seem to be. Amazon may deem this as your Supplier has purchased from a Wholesaler and you have purchased from a Retailer, in turn they would see the units that you are selling as now being second hand and not new due to the the way Amazon validates supply chains.

It's a nightmare. It sometimes feels like trying to dance with the Devil, but the Devils having a Silent Rave, and no-one knows what Music to dance to

Because they do provide excellent customer service.

Remember that we are not their customers and the T&Cs we sign up to say that we allow them to do pretty much what they want with our money to please our/their customers, much of it barely legal.

You are just a number to Amazon.

They do provide excellent CUSTOMER service, but absolutely rubbish SELLER support. They do not see us as their customers.

It's become more difficult to operate under Amazon's endless burocracy and ridiculous black and white rules. It used to be a pleasant experience mostly 10 years ago but it's become a real cut throat environment where Amazon treats sellers like prison inmates. The fees have increased so much that it's barely profitable now for many products. Realistically it was never the best business model to be handing your business sovereignty to a "partner" (laugh now).

Because they are basically a monopoly sanctioned by the Capitalists that rule our world. It is disgusting the way they treat sellers and with-hold money. Nothing so evil lasts long.. and neither will they.

ScAmazon strike again! They are nothing short of a criminal organisation. They only get away with it because of their size and power over authorities and even governments. They want ALL sellers to be FBA, those who don't will become targets.

you have to be persistent , they are an absolute disgraceful nightmare.. they don't give a crap about the businesses that got them where they are today
