I haven't been able to get buybox for 6 months.

I have stores in 4 countries on Amazon, but I have not been able to get buybox in Canada and Mexico for 6 months. I checked my accounts and tried to find some solutions for why I could not get buybox. I saw some deficiencies in my address information and corrected them. Also, my last name changed because I got married, and I corrected it in my identity information. I can do it if you request identity verification regarding this. Apart from this, I could not detect any other problem. Is it because of this that I cannot receive buybox or is there another problem, I request your help regarding this.

The Buy Box has a secret recipe that no one can help you with. Some of the factors are price, shipping time, length of time selling on Amazon, size of your business, etc. not even accounting for your own account health, which can be fine and still not get the Buy Box. Sometimes you can be the only seller with an offer, and still not have the Buy Box. You can compare your pricing and shipping time to other sellers, but that may not even be an issue. No one can tell you how to get the box. Just keep selling at a good price and shipping as fast as possible.
