i created a listing of "crib rail cover" item on Amazon. After that, they closed the listing and asked to send documents as below.
After sending all documents they asked, they said "Amazon does not allow to sell crib bumper". But according to Christ Nguyen, a specialist Program in CPSC, they allow to sell and Amazon missunderstood the meaning between "crib rail cover and crib bumper". I explained to them and forward the information in details. But they still reply the same...
What should i do next? Thanks to everyone.
P/s: If you are in trouble like me, i have a link from CPSC for you to refer: I sent to Amazon, but maybe, they havent' updated. Hope Amazon staffs will see this message and update as soon as possible.
