Customer has received a refund from Amazon but not returned everything

Hi all,

A customer ordered 2 of the same items last month via FBM.

They then decided, upon receiving them, that they were too small for what they wanted. Fair enough, as we only included the sizes on the listings for fun.

They started a return for both, of which Amazon gave them a refund on the first scan. However, they only returned one of the items and not both, of which they've been refunded for.

What is the best course of action?

I've just experienced this.... However, the customer hasn't even returned the item yet and Amazon have issued their refund. They could send a lump of coal for all i know. I'm really struggling to agree with a few of the ways Amazon seems to operate. There appears to be next to no seller protection or loyalty whatsoever.
