It is against policy to ask for a positive review. You may ask for a review but you can't influence the buyer in any way.
As you admit you have broken policy you would need to admit your fault and give details of what you did to break policy. I would also quote that you have read the relevant policy and state that you will adhere to policy in the future. If you have staff also ensure they are trained in this policy and state you have trained them.
You may find it hard to get reinstated though. Amazon don't take kindly to these kind of policy violations. However many sellers do get given a second chance so I hope it works out for you.
