Account Deactivated Due to Violations Caused by Wrong Brand in Amazon Catalog
Amazon Catalog in Australia is using EANs in error against the policies of GS1 Australia without the authority of the owner of the EANs for the following catalog products:
1) ASIN B0B5TZPMFR, EAN 9359881008294, Amazon Catalog Brand = "Generic", Product category = "Baby clothing"
2) ASIN B0B5TZK34L, EAN 9359881008287, Amazon Catalog Brand = "Generic", Product category = "Baby clothing"
3) ASIN B0B5TXSPHZ, EAN 9359881008317, Amazon Catalog Brand = "Generic", Product category = "Baby clothing"
4) ASIN B0B5V1BMZS, EAN 9359881008331, Amazon Catalog Brand = "Generic", Product category = "Baby clothing"
All 4 of the above EANs are owned by "Meir Australia" and should have the brand = "Meir".
Amazon Australia is not only misusing the above EANs and assigning them to an incorrect brand, they have locked them so they cannot be edited by merchants trying to sell the products with these EANs.
We are a merchant who has attempted to list these EANs, and due to have been allocated policy violations for a "brand mismatch". This has now led to the deactivation of our account. Appeals re these violations are not yielding any solution.
