Why do I have to provide photos of return when charging restocking fee for the return outside of the return window?
What does the photos of return have to do with the late returns?
Anybody knows?

Was the item opened/damaged in any way? That's what they want to see.
I don't think you can charge a restocking fee on an item returned in the same condition as shipped.
