Seller support help

my account has been deactivated for 3 years call after call back from seller support and they say we will get back in contact or tell me to email apuk-seller-verification-enquiry and they keep sending replies this case has been closed.

Why is no one reading emails or looking into account the id part states everything completed but account just won’t reactivate

Please help 3 years now

Just a forum of other seller. We have no access to your account

You may have to move up to MD level

If your account has been deactivated for so long, it may have been made dormant - and you would likely need to go through full re-verification of your account. What was the original reason for deactivation ?

As above reply, we are all just other sellers so cannot access your account. You could try tagging in some forum moderators, or as suggested, email the MD - managingdirector@amazon.co.uk . You would need to have opened a case with Seller Support first and quote the case ID first.
