Stuck Enrolling in Transparency Program – No Response from Support

Hi everyone,

I'm a UK-based seller with a brand already registered with UKIPO. I'm currently trying to enroll in Amazon's Transparency program to better protect my products, but I've hit a roadblock.

Since I haven't received my VAT number yet, I wasn’t able to set up a Transparency account directly. Following Amazon's guidance, I’ve tried the following:

1. Submitted my contact info through the Transparency assistance form: https://sell.amazon.com/brand-registry/transparency

2. Opened a case with Amazon Seller Support

Unfortunately, it's been a while and I haven't received any response from either channel.

Has anyone else faced this situation? Any tips on how to move forward or get in touch with the right team? I’d really appreciate any insights—thanks in advance!
