Primary "Account Locked Temporarily" for 2.5 months with no assistance
I am posting this from my employees account. For the last several months (2.5-3), I have been unable to log into my primary seller central account. We continue to sell product, but obviously don't have access to everything. I have called, chatted, and emailed with support consistently over the last few months with no success.
I have spent hours on the phone and every time, I am told that they will transfer me to another person who then says the same thing until the call gets disconnected or there is no sound for minutes directly after somebody was talking.
I have sent images of the locked notification which appears after I attempt to log in. I still receive OTP to the email for the account when attempting to log in and once I use the code, it gives me the notification.
I have been told to try different computers due to cookies and the cache. I listened and tried on 3 different browsers on 5 different devices all with no luck.
The customer service helping fix this has been awful and no help at all. Leaving me at a loss of what to do.

I believe the Account Recovery process is your best path forward. The help page Two-Step Verification Troubleshooting FAQ explains this process under "What if my phone/device is lost or stolen":
- Submit government-issued ID to verify your identity
- Verification usually takes about 12 hours
- Once verified, Two-Step Verification will be temporarily disabled
- You can then set up new verification methods on your next login

While it's not ideal to wait another 12 hours after such a long time, the Account Recovery process seems to be the most promising way to regain access to your account.
