I just found a product of mine ( private label and TM ) for sale with my listing, but a different seller.

I had closed the listing as the units were all defective and had Amazon "dispose or donate" them

Now it looks like someone has bought Amazon returns and is selling them as new .

After visiting the seller's page, it seems thats what they are doing for a lot of returns.

I advise everyone who has had products returned to check your listing and see if someone else is selling it

This is concerning because our brand names are on them and could give a bad reputation

I have one guy selling my returns as new, but not sure if I am allowed to say the seller's name.
