Shipping Plan stuck!

Amazon Customer Support, please help... the response I got was useless. This has been this way since last night.
Shipping Plan workflow "3/13/2024 Kim NEW Towel Bars & Bars" is stuck....
In Step 1, at the bottom, I get message:
"1 Error
[SKU: K9-FJJE-1S7P] The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found.
Please review SKUs with errors or unconfirmed SKUs"
The SKU is nowhere to be found (not in Shipping Plan or in All FBA SKUs).
The item SKU is not listed in Step 1's list of items to "Modify or remove" or review.
I am unable to "Pack individual units" without fixing this error AND I do not want to scan all of these items back in, only to get the same SKU error after building a new shipment.
How can this be fixed?
When we put a support tickets in, are they not capable of looking at a Workflow or anything in our account (seems like it)?

I've had a similar problem (error with sku couldn't find sku). In my case the issue was that I had a filter turned when reviewing my skus in the shipping plan. I don't remember which filter but look at the top of the page for any boxes you've checked.

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to help. I just want to confirm before escalating, is SKU K9-FJJE-1S7P nowhere in your inventory? Understand it may not be in shipping plans but is it in your inventory at all?

SOLUTION:
- I exported the Pick Lists within the stuck Shipping Workflow (Pick List links can be found where you see the Group or print the shipping labels).
- Create a new shipping workflow
- Select "Upload" and download a Template
- Load your items from the Pick Lists into the Template
- Upload Template
- Look at your Pick Lists to identify which items go into which boxes (again)
- Proceed... to ship (glitch didn't occur again)
