Is there a way to use buy shipping for sending replacements?
I need to send a replacement, is there a way to use Buy Shipping to do this?

No you can’t.
ALWAYS message the Buyer that you are sending a replacement, and the courier, plus tracking number.
It is best to get the Buyer to email you to confirm that a replacement is required, or it is in their email title, etc.
A-Z Claims are lost sometimes as you know, so always ensure the Buyer has authorised a replacement in the Amz message, so you can show that if needed in an appeal

I love how when this comes up people always say - don’t send replacements you won’t be protected for a-z … like you have any protection in the first place
