Unable to setup Video Verification - Inventory about to be destroyed
Hello, my account is currently suspended and as part of that Amazon are threatening to destroy my inventory. I've sent them all the required docs and they then asked me to setup an verification interview via Qualtrics. I did this and I didn't ever hear back from Amazon to confirm the interview. I told Amazon this and they asked me to do it again, same outcome. I did it a third time and it still didn't work. I've now been asked to setup another video verification via a different link but this just throws another error, attached.
I've sent several email to inventory-appeals but they don't ever reply. I've just had another email saying my inventory will be destroyed within 5 days if I don't setup the video call. I'm pulling my hair out here, this is a one way street and Amazon just don't listen and/or reply to message. I have thousands of pounds of stock and under no circumstances am I allowing Amazon to destroy that stock. This is my last resort, can someone please help.
