Amazon A-to-Z claims and return requests received after my account was suspended

Since my account was suspended, customers from previous orders have been opening return requests and are trying to exploit Amazon's system by claiming things like "I didn't receive the product," even though I have sent all the items. Despite providing the return label and instructions, they do not return the products and instead open A-to-Z claims. When writing an appeal to the A-to-Z review team, we cannot attach any additional documents, so I am unable to send the proof of delivery I have, even though I have photographic evidence.
I have explained the situation to Amazon and requested a channel where I can send the delivery evidence, but I am receiving responses like "We have reviewed your request and decided not to change our original decision." I have proof that all orders were delivered to their recipients and am ready to send them. Since my account is suspended, I am unable to contact you from elsewhere, so I am writing here. Could you please forward my message to the relevant team and inform them that I am ready to provide all the necessary evidence? Also, please let them know that the A-to-Z decisions and the amounts withdrawn are unfair.
