I can´t enter a new ship from address

I am having trouble entering a new ship from address to create a new shipment. Although the window opens, I am unable to save the address and proceed with the shipping plan creation. This is causing frustration as I need to restock a product inventory but am unable to do so. Can someone please help me with this issue? Thank you

If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into your account. Once you open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed.

I've been trying to find solution for this, too, and found it on reddit. You have to use a different browser. You can't change the ship from address on Chrome or Edge. I heard it works on Safari, but I couldn't load Safari on my PC. I tried Firefox and it worked on Firefox!
