Account deacitivation "Section 3 Code of conduct"
Hello All, I have received the below notification of deactivation of my account, I want to know exactly the root cause of deactivation, my VTR was 100 %, had 0 policy compliance issues, however ODR was 3.28 which was also due to the reason that out of 4 defected orders 3 of the orders were not fulfilled and were not shipped by me but these orders appeared in A to Z guarantee claim, I believe, A to Z guarantee claim against these 3 orders were booked in error as I have never shipped them.
Any help in POA for reinstatement shall be highly appreciated
Thanking you all in anticipation
Deactivation notification is here below.
Hello,
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed.
Why did this happen?
We took this measure due to your violation of Amazon’s Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801, and your violation of the Amazon Drop Shipping policy https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G201808410.
After 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk . We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
You can view your account performance at https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?reftag=email_suspend or select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. The Account Health page shows how well your account is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon.
We will not consider your submission if your request does not provide evidence that you will no longer pose a risk.
Sincerely, Amazon.co.uk
Thank you,
Amazon

Hello @4_BRO_S,
This is Ash, and would help you with your questions.
Thanks for sharing the above notification on this thread.
It has been understood that you have violated the amazon’s Drop shipping policies which led to the deactivation of your account.
Drop Shipping is an order fulfillment method where a Selling Partner does not have products in stock. Instead, they may purchase products from a third-party supplier and have them ship the order to the buyer.
Drop shipping, or allowing a third-party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf, is not acceptable unless it is clear to the buyer that the product was sold by the Amazon third party Seller of record.
If you intend to fulfill orders using a drop shipper, you must always:
- Have an agreement with your supplier that they will identify you (and no one else) As a seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging, and other information included or provided in connection with the products;
- Remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information identifying a third-party drop shipper prior to shipping the order;
- Be responsible for accepting and processing customer returns of your products; and
- Comply with all other terms of your seller agreement and applicable Amazon policies.
To reactivate your account you can provide a detailed Plan of action covering three aspects which are as follows :
Root Cause: What led to the violation? What knowledge gap have you observed? Etc.
Corrective Actions: Your immediate steps taken in this regard to resolve the issue
Preventative Steps: Your future plans on how you will be ensuring the violation is avoided.

That’s your reason…
Have you been dropshipping?
Seller_BS5lg2keRs2QO
Likely the larger issue is Amazon believe you were drop shipping in breach of their rules. Were you?
Seller_BS5lg2keRs2QO
Well, then now you know Amazon’s policy you will have to appeal admitting fault and agreeing to abide by Amazon’s rules. It would be helpful to show either compliance with the drop shipping policy from now on or, more likely, proof that you have now found a verifiable supplier and have an invoice for goods you have bought to sell.
It may be Amazon reject you anyway.
