Automated Removal Order - wrong items received
Has anyone had any experience of receiving somebody else's products back from an automated removal order? I have received the correct number of items, except one of them is not a product I sell (it has no label other than the bar code). I have reached out to Amazon support who insist that they have not made a mistake and yet I have received (for the second time) a product which I do not/have never sold - in fact I don't even know what it is! Going around in circles with seller support.

Yep... Just received a small set of shelves that were returned by a customer.
We don't sell shelves... We also don't sell, Umbrellas, Bin Bags, Gloves, Chocolate Liqueurs, or wet-wipes, but we've received all of those back in the same way.
- Customer: "I've received the wrong item"
- Amazon: "Have a refund"
- Seller: "You've returned the wrong item"
- Amazon: "Computer says you're wrong"

You have to keep going on at them, eventually you will get it sorted. Send them photos of the item and barcode and anything else you can send.
I've had a few wrong things returned, some useful which I've kept after being reimbursed (they never want them back), some for the bin.
