Missing payment issue

Hi,

I am missing the Amazon.com payment for the period 8/15/2024 - 8/29/2024, the payment is supposed to be transferred to my Seller Wallet by Sept 3. I have contacted Seller support (case # 15960960481), but no response yet, Dose anyone have some experience?

I understand about the situation you are experiencing with your payment for the period 8/15/2024 - 8/29/2024. In this case, I can see that on your account under Payments, it says that a transfer is scheduled to initiate on 9/12/2024. I am unable to provide details about the missing payment on the expected date, however, I can see that on 9/12/2024 a transfer should initiate, so I recommend you to first wait until that date, and then the 3-5 business days it takes to complete. If after that date the issue persists, you can let us know so we review further.
