No impression running multiple campaigns

discussion. I been selling on amazon for a month a half views and profile visit started strong and conversion rate were good as well. I thought I hitted a ceiling but my views just dropped almost to 0 no page visits either. I found out about keywords indexing and did my best in order to get the most relevant keywords for my product and did a manual ad campaign and no matter how high my bids go I just not getting impression and for some reason I cant get index and in a ticket I opened with costumer service they said theres no problem that I just have to wait 72 hours in order to get indexed but I already had 7 days waiting. I DONT KNOW WHAT GOING ON WITH AMAZON COSTUMER SERVICE BUT... AT LEAST READ THE TICKETS DONT JUST CLOSE A CASE WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM YOU GUYS CANT NOT EVEN HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH THE SELLERS YOU GUYS JUST CLOSE THE TICKETS LIKE IS NOTHING. I REALLY STARTED TO THINK THAT AMAZON COSTUMER SERVICE HAS LACK OF KNOWLEDGE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Thats why I come to the community of seller for some hope somebody please help me

Hi @Seller_NXzfodc0FdSX3,

Tatiana from Amazon here. I do understand your frustration and wanted to acknowledge that it sounds like you are taking the right steps to solve the problem. Ensuring proper optimization of both your search terms (organically) and keywords (advertising) are both important.

However, it is important to remember that new products can take time to ramp up on the Amazon platform. It is also important to remember that clicks and conversions mean two different things. You might be seeing activity where customers are clicking on your ads, but those clicks may not be converting to a sale. You can learn more about the different metric definitions here.

Having a good search terms and keywords for your Ads help bring customers to your page, but having a well built detail page is what can push them to convert to a sale. I would suggest visiting a few of the links below to learn more about how you can take your listings to the next level and make them even more enticing to your buyers:

Additionally, if you would like to provide your most recent case ID to me, I can take a look at that too.
