I am creating a new thread in hopes of getting assistance in removing a seller feedback received from a buyer that contains obscene language.

The feedback received reads: "I want credit for 134 .00 as I was charged in my credit card. No one ever charged me del on Uggs from anywhere on AMAZON…. You are not honorable. No one should ever buy from you …..despicable … this is not over. No one should buy from you"

The buyer is complaining about not receiving a partial refund that they paid for an expedited shipping. A product refund and a sales tax refund are issued already.

This feedback would qualify for removal as stated under feedback removal guideline:

- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.

Initial request for feedback removal through Feedback Manager was automatically rejected by bot.
