Help! How do I get to speak to a human in seller central on deactivated account
Please if any help can be given it would be great!
I have been an Amazon seller for a few months now - so pretty new to it all. I was not sure how it worked with selling in different countries so I thought I had to apply for another new seller account. I did not think though that this other account was approved or live as I have no confirmation emails and have no access to this other account.
My seller account has now however been deactivated due to having multi selling channels (I did not realise there was rules around this). My reactivation request is being declined as the are requesting proof of sale of account etc of the other account. The information that is being request is not relevant and I am extremely stressed over it all now coming up to Christmas.
I’ve tried to get a call but when I request it says “dialling”, then “call has ended” with nothing done. I did the same with the business buyer account which I got three no bother. She told me she will get someone to call me but I got a message saying the can’t because my account is deactivated. All my case logs submitted I am getting generic/robotic answers that aren’t helpful at all and are taking so long to communicate.
I’m running around in circles but am stuck and need some help - if anyone can give advise or if someone in Amazon can please help me out and actually give me a call (or give me a number to call)

I'm afraid Amazon will not call you as your account is deactivated - neither can you call them to discuss a deactivated account.
You need to sort out the first account you opened as that is the only one you can use. You need to supply whatever they have asked for.
