Anyone else having trouble with USPS "Accepting" on time?
We use a SCAN form... which I know... is entirely worthless in every aspect.
It's hit or miss if the actual formal "accepted" scan occurs that same day or the next day (typically midnight-1am).
This makes it difficult for us because we have a 1-day handling time with AHT. That means we MUST have same day acceptance when we drop these off. We have weeks at a time where we literally get at least 1 INR inquiry a day, so it's definately worthy for us to have this option enabled and use the Buy Shipping service here.
We have a great relationship with our Postmaster and asked them to do individual package acceptance scans. They however made an attempt to try to refuse, so we escalated a complaint up to our regional management. Because there is no accountability within USPS and no service at all.. at any level, we're getting the run around with them too. I'm continuing to press on though.
