MCF - Useless notificiation of unfulfillable order
Today I received an automated email from MCF letting me know that a recent MCF order status was changed to "unfulfillable".
So I went into Seller Central and drilled down into the order but there was no additional information as to why it was unfulfillable. Naturally I went to Amazon Support next, and of course I got bounced around between three different groups and it took almost an hour to get an answer to the question "why?"
The answer, "FC Limitations". Seriously, that is not helpful information! I can only guess that they have an internal issue at the fulfilmment center and rather than solve it, they just cancel the order, send me a useless notification, and leave me alone to figure out what happened and what to do next.
Update: After over an hour with Seller Support, all they could suggest was that I resubmit the MCF order. With no further understanding of what the FC limitations are or if they had been rectified, why would I do that? Sorry Amazon, but you must do better if you want to keep my MCF business!

Following on your post. Is there a Seller Support case you can share with me so I can look into this?
Any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support channel.
