We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

Hello,

My account was deactivated on August 17. The reason is: We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

I registered for an Amazon selling account on May 23 and completed the video call verification.

I activated my Amazon selling account on May 27.

From May 23 to August 17, my account sold 144 FBA orders. The last order was on 2024/8/14 16:45 PDT.

In response, I submitted relevant evidence and a POA letter on the day of deactivation on August 17. Since I did not receive a response from Amazon for more than 96 hours, I contacted the Seller Health Support Team. They said that I need to provide more details. So, I have resubmitted a new POA letter and more relevant evidence.

I would like to get your help because I don't know if Amazon staff will review my documents and respond to me. Please help me contact the relevant team to check my appeal. Thank you

Not hearing anything back within 4 days is not at all unusual. In fact, it probably means your POA made it past the bot and is actually being looked at by a human.

You really need to wait until you hear back from Amazon before submitting another POA. It has been stated numerous times on this forum that each contact pushes you to the back of the line.

While you're waiting, and if you're looking for more specific advice, post the initial deactivation email in its entirety so others can see exactly what Amazon stated. You can also post your POA(s) if you would like them critiqued.

This type of situation is associated to both the verification of you and your business, but also the supply chain of the products listed for sale.

As mentioned by @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ, we did not request a plan of action for this situation. This is because they cannot be accepted in this scenario. You will be required to provide a valid utility bill in the account owners name matching their physical address. We will additionally require a government issued ID including both sides in color, or a passport. You will need to ensure all documentation 100% matches down to how things may be abbreviated in the account versus the documentation provided. This will help confirm the identity verification portion of this concern.

The second part is the supply chain verification. We will need valid invoices for the products you've listed. You can see our responsible sourcing requirements to see our expectations when sourcing. You can additionally review the invoice requirements page to see why these documents can be rejected as well. If these products are branded, we will require the submission of a letter of authorization that shows proof you are an authorized distributor approved by the brand.

What specific information have you provided thus far?

This scenario can only be disputed with the above mentioned documentation. If these documents do not exist, or meet our requirements, the account may not be eligible for reactivation.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
