I'm FBM. My shipping, returns and ad fees are taken from my account. Not big deal.
This last week my account shows $351 under "other". I've messaged them and called with not response. The phone call ended in "we'll get back to you. This isn't cool at all.

CR back here. I see the charge that you are referencing and apologize that you were not able to get a response from the case that you had opened. I do see that it was transferred to the appropriate team and I am going to see if I can engage them to get more information here.
