negative reviews

I have had many negative reviews because it is a difficult product to use.

Is there any possibility of contacting customers always within Amazon's terms and conditions and offering them a refund for removing the review? I understand that yes to those who leave a message in the reviews, but do the rest have any idea how to do it?

That is an oxymoron.

Contacting a buyer regarding product review is a violation of policy. Only exception is through brand registry, and then it will just be an Amazon template message.

Offering any sort of incentive for removing reviews is also very much against policy.

Can you not include better instructions?

It's a violation to contact the customer regarding a review. Even if you try, 90% have opted out from receiving messages and they will never see what you wrote them.

Also, the possibility to publicly reply to reviews doesn't exist any longer.

I really believe that you have to improve your product or to put some kind of BIG WARNING informing about the correct use.

Hello @Seller_2oSwgt4yIGcFB

My name is Sandy from the community Manager team.

As many other sellers mentioned, you may not ask for a positive review or ask for reviews only from buyers who had a positive experience, nor may you ask customers to change or remove their review, or attempt to influence the review.

For example, you may not offer any compensation for a review, including money or gift cards, free or discounted products, refunds or reimbursements, or any other future benefits.

Please visit the Answers to Questions about Product Reviews for more information on this topic.

If your product is difficult to use, please consider to add clear instructions, perhaps a video demo in the product detail page (depending on the product), etc.

Best,

Sandy
