Amazon - STOP changing my label print format.

STOP changing my label print format.

I print my labels in 8-1/2 x 11 .pdf (right) format.

I do NOT print in 4 x 6 .png format your system keeps changing it to.

FIX the algorithm that keeps on screwing this up.

if you would tell us about WHAT labels you are talking, maybe someone could give a useful advice.

Or...Get a 4 x 6 label printer and labels and not only save on the cost of printing labels, but the convenience of the print speed / application of the label to the package and the fact that it will work with the majority of e-commerce and shipping companies in addition to Amazon.

thank you!!! I noticed this too. You have to constantly change the format. Same thing with price changes, sometimes you change the price and when you go to save the new price, there's nothing to save and you have to go change the price a second time and then hope it registered it so it can save it. Amazon has some weird programing...

When purchasing a UPS ground saver label, amazon only offers the format 4x6 png. This is a 4x6 label in an 8.5x11 page. Hopefully Amazon can offer this label in all formats in the future.

I usually print in 4x6 pdf w. packing slip - so it all flies of my label printer. With UPS ground saver I have to print the packing slip first, purchase the label that is 4x6 .png and then crop the png (or take a screen shot) so that it can scale to print on the label printer.

Similarly you can do the same for 8.5x11.

Once a UPS ground saver label is purchased the next label purchased will default to the same format as UPS ground saver (4x6 .png) unless you change it back. It is frustrating for sure as it is easy to forget and then requires 3 more steps to process that order.

I have always thought it would be GREAT to be able to change label format after purchasing. However, once purchased - the format is locked in and then we must manually modify
