Dear Amazon,

I received a confirmation email stating that "funds for the amount of AED 546736.70 were transferred to your bank account on file". However, a significant portion of the funds has not been transferred.

Missing amount in AED: 91697.64 AED

There are no pending A-to-Z Guarantee claims or credit card chargebacks associated with my account. The last order was received on 28-December-2023.

Please assist in resolving this matter.
